Refund Policy

The short version

Failed videos never cost you anything; subscriptions are refundable in your first 14 days as a new subscriber; otherwise paid periods already started aren't refunded — you keep access until the period ends.

Failed or cancelled videos

Minutes are held while a video is being created and charged only on success. If creation fails — or you cancel it — the held minutes are restored automatically and immediately. No money changes hands per video, so there is nothing to refund.

Subscriptions

  • First-time subscribers: if VForge isn't for you, request a full refund of your first payment within 14 days of your first subscription via the contact form. We may ask what didn't work — feedback helps, but isn't a condition.
  • Renewals and later cycles: payments for a billing period that has started are non-refundable. Cancel anytime (Billing → Manage subscription); you keep your plan until the period ends, then move to Free.
  • Mid-cycle downgrades/upgrades: handled by Stripe proration on your next invoice.

Top-up minutes

Top-up minutes never expire and are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law.

Billing errors

If you believe you were charged in error (duplicate charge, charge after cancellation), contact us within 60 days and we'll investigate and correct genuine errors promptly.

Statutory rights

Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your country.
