Refund Policy

Last updated: June 11, 2026

The short version

Failed videos never cost you anything. Your first payment is refundable within 7 days of the charge (light usage only, see below); after that, paid periods already started aren't refunded — you keep access until the period ends.

Failed or cancelled videos

Minutes are held while a video is being created.

  • Failed videos: the held minutes are restored automatically and immediately — a failed video never costs anything.
  • Cancelled before creation starts: nothing is charged; all held minutes are released.
  • Cancelled during creation: a partial share of the held minutes is charged for the stages already completed (script, voiceover, visuals, …), since that work has already been produced. The exact charge is shown in the confirmation dialog before you cancel.

Videos consume plan minutes, not money — per-video charges never hit your card, so there is nothing to refund in cash.

Subscriptions

  • First-time subscribers: request a full refund of your first payment within 7 days of the charge via the contact form, provided you've used less than 30% of your plan's monthly minutes. Available once per customer. Beyond that, the paid period isn't refundable — cancel anytime and keep access until it ends.
  • Renewals and later cycles: payments for a billing period that has started are non-refundable. Cancel anytime (Billing → Manage subscription); you keep your plan until the period ends, then move to Free.
  • Mid-cycle downgrades/upgrades: the price difference is prorated and charged or credited by our payment provider at the time of the change.

Top-up minutes

Top-up minutes never expire and are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law.

Billing errors

If you believe you were charged in error (duplicate charge, charge after cancellation), contact us within 60 days and we'll investigate and correct genuine errors promptly.

Statutory rights

Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your country.
