Terms of Service

Last updated: June 11, 2026

These Terms govern your use of VForge ("Service"). By signing in or using the Service you agree to them and to the Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

VForge turns a topic you provide into a video: an AI-written script, AI voiceover, AI-generated visuals, music, and YouTube metadata. Output quality depends on your inputs; AI-generated content can contain errors. Review your videos before publishing them.

2. Your account

You need a Google account to sign in. You're responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Plans, minutes, and billing

  • Plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Plan details (minutes, caps, quality, retention) are shown on the pricing page and may evolve; changes apply from your next billing cycle.
  • Video creation consumes whole minutes of your monthly allowance, rounded up from the finished video's length. Minutes are held while a video is being created and charged only when it completes successfully — failed or cancelled videos restore their minutes automatically.
  • Top-up minutes never expire and are consumed after your monthly allowance.
  • Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

4. Content ownership and license

  • Your inputs stay yours. Topics, briefs, edits, and uploads remain your property.
  • Generated videos are yours. We assign to you all our right, title, and interest in videos generated for you, including commercial use. AI-generated material may not be protectable by copyright in some jurisdictions, and similar outputs may be generated for other users from similar prompts.
  • Our license to process. You grant us a limited license to store and process your inputs and outputs solely to operate the Service (rendering, storage, delivery, support, abuse prevention).
  • Music you upload must be content you have rights to use. You are solely responsible for licensing uploaded audio.

5. Acceptable use

The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these Terms. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach it. Repeated violations (3 strikes) lead to automatic suspension pending review.

6. AI disclosure

Platforms such as YouTube may require you to disclose synthetic or altered content. VForge provides a one-click disclosure line in every video's metadata pack; using it (and complying with platform policies) is your responsibility.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice for paid functionality.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: the Service is provided without warranties of any kind; we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Termination

You may delete your account anytime in Settings (14-day grace period applies). We may terminate or suspend access for breach, fraud, or legal necessity. Sections 4, 8, and 10 survive termination.

10. General

These Terms are the entire agreement between us regarding the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update is acceptance. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
