Uploading to YouTube
Every finished video comes with a complete YouTube pack so publishing takes two minutes.
1. Download your files
From the video page: the MP4 (your video), the PNG (your thumbnail), and the SRT (captions). Download them before the keep-period ends — the date is shown on the page.
2. Upload the video
In YouTube Studio → Create → Upload videos, drop in the MP4.
3. Paste the pack
- Title — use the copy button next to the title. If your plan scores titles, you'll see its score badge; 70+ is strong.
- Description — copy in one click. It's written with your topic's search terms woven in.
- Tags — under "Show more" in YouTube's details page; paste the comma-separated list.
- Thumbnail — upload the PNG as a custom thumbnail.
- Captions — under Subtitles, upload the SRT file (improves accessibility AND search ranking).
Shortcut — Copy all / Download .txt: The YouTube pack also has a Copy all button that puts the title, description, and tags together on your clipboard in one click, and a Download .txt button that saves the same bundle as a plain-text file. Both respect the AI disclosure toggle. Use whichever is faster for your workflow.
4. The AI disclosure
YouTube requires disclosing realistic AI-generated content. The pack includes an AI disclosure toggle — when on, the description opens with a disclosure line and the tags include #AICreated. Also tick YouTube's own "Altered content" box during upload when applicable. Easiest to leave both on; it builds trust and costs nothing.
5. Publish timing
Schedule for when your audience is awake. For new channels: consistency (same day/time weekly) beats any single "perfect" time.
