The wizard, step by step
A reference for every control in the video creator.
Step 1 — Topic
- Template — bundles a script structure, default visual style, voice style, and music mood. You can override everything later.
- Topic (required) — the core of your video. 3–300 characters.
- Anything specific to cover — angle, key points, examples to include or avoid. The AI follows this closely.
- Target length — drives the script's word count (about 140 words per minute). Your plan caps the maximum per video.
- Video shape (paid plans) — Widescreen (16:9) for YouTube, or Vertical (9:16) for Shorts, Reels, and TikTok. Free videos are always 16:9.
- Search-optimization insights (Pro/Studio) — search volumes, competition, and suggested angles for your topic. "Use this angle" drops a suggestion into your brief.
Step 2 — Language & voice
- Language — one language per video. The script, captions, title, and description all follow it.
- Voice — every voice works in every language. The ▶ button plays a short sample instantly.
- Voice style — presets adjust pacing, pitch, and delivery character. Custom… lets you describe the delivery in your own words ("a gentle grandfather telling a bedtime story").
Step 3 — Style & music
- Video style — the visual treatment of every scene. Hover a card to preview real frames. Custom accepts your own description.
- Music — Auto picks by mood; Library lets you preview and choose; Upload takes your MP3 (up to 15 MB — licensing is your responsibility).
Step 4 — Script
Your script, fully editable. The assist buttons rewrite your current text — edits are never lost. Word count and estimated length update as you type; a red warning appears if you exceed your plan's per-video cap.
Step 5 — Confirm
The summary shows every choice plus the minutes that will be held. Generate fires the creation — minutes are only charged when the video completes.
